About us
Act4water is an initiative driven by professionals in the water sector, with extensive experience in corporate water footprint, to promote the preservation and recovery of water resources.
To achieve this, we have created Positive Water Credits and the Act4water Standard, which enable a voluntary water footprint offset market. This marketplace connects water resource improvement initiatives with organizations willing to support them.
In this way, and within a rigorous and certified regulatory framework, we achieve:
Stimulate the implementation of actions for the preservation and recovery of water resources.
That companies that, on a voluntary basis, wish to contribute to the good status of water bodies by compensating for the impact on water that they have not been able to reduce, can do so in a safe and reliable manner.
But we are not alone in this mission; we have the support of collaborators with extensive knowledge of water and sustainability.
